We're coders who spent years building billing and compliance systems for health clinics. We sat in the rooms where billers scrambled before a RAC audit. We watched compliance officers manually review charts until midnight, knowing they could only get through a fraction before the deadline. We saw clinics get hit with findings on the charts nobody had time to check.

The gap was obvious. The tools that existed either forced clinics to rip out their workflow and adopt a new one, or they were spreadsheets dressed up as software. Nothing actually fit the way real clinics operated. Nobody was building audit software that worked around the clinic instead of against it.

So we built it ourselves. We knew what RAC auditors looked for because we'd seen the findings firsthand. We knew what coders needed because we'd watched them work. MedAudita exists because we lived on both sides of the problem and decided to close the gap with software that actually fits.
